- Call handling and transcription
- Built-in CRM with caller history, transcripts, and summaries
No guarantee of perfect performance.
3. Eligibility
You must be able to enter a legal contract.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for:
- Your account
- Your users
- Your configurations
5. Customer Responsibilities
You must:
- Configure AI properly
- Monitor outputs
- Obtain required consent (SMS, recording, etc.)
6. AI Limitations
AI may:
- Be incorrect
- Miss context
- Fail
You accept this.
7. No Emergency Use
Not for:
- 911
- Medical or life-critical use
8. Acceptable Use
You may not:
- Spam
- Scam
- Violate telecom laws
9. Messaging + Telecom
- Delivery not guaranteed
- Carriers may filter
- You must obtain consent
10. Billing
- Subscription-based
- Usage-based fees may apply
- No refunds for partial periods
11. Termination
We may suspend for:
- Violations
- Non-payment
- Risk
12. Intellectual Property
We own the platform.
You own your data.
